Great dog park! It has beautiful views with the lake near it, the park for kids, and little event center. The park is all gravel, with a few water bowls and some benches around the park. There’s a high energy and low energy side for the dogs, which is so great since my dog has a crazy amount of energy! My girl always has the best time every time that we go. There’s always so many other pups for her to play with. This is my go to dog park. I will say I once took my puppy there and I had a guy pick her up and walk around with her, which I had to go confront him and get my dog from him. So most people know how to act but you get a few people that just act so out of pocket so watch out if you have small puppies. Here’s some pics of her playing with friends! Great dog park! Lots of room, never too overwhelming for our old boy. Lovely views of the lake, surrounding greenery, and cool old amusement park :) the roller coaster was running today. Check out the Summer Scream festival to ride the rides there, creepy and fun.

If your dog likes to play and run with other dogs, do yourself a favor and take your pup here as often as possible. At the beginning of each day, Park Services fills 15 Gallons of water jugs. This type of Water service is not offered at any other dog park in the surrounding areas. The gravel here makes it great for dogs to run on unlike sand or dirt. The park is vast and has space for over 30 dogs to play at one time. The small dog park is very small in comparison and is only suitable for apx. 10 small dogs.
