We celebrated a second Christmas at the Gaylord and loved every minute! Super festive and fun and the lazy river was open and so relaxing. Most importantly we had THE BEST service from our bellhop, Kirsten. She was super friendly, went out of her way to make sure all of us (we had three rooms and there were also three kids, amongst the adults) had everything we needed, including securing robes and slippers for my in-laws, they really loved that. She provided excellent suggestions for dinner and breakfast, helped with our ICE tickets, pointed out extra fun activities for the kids and she even remembered us by name when we checked out and stored our luggage. It’s the tiniest of things that just made our visit perfect! Thanks Kirsten and Gaylord Rockies for a wonderful holiday- we will be back soon!

I visited here right after it opened in 2018 and said I’d never come back because it was still working out the kinks of a new resort. I’m so glad I gave it another try. We came during Christmas and it is beautiful—so many trees and decorations. The ice sculpture display was incredible for all ages. The food and drink were all fantastic, the staff professional and friendly. It was such a great experience we will plan on bringing to r family back next year.

We went to the Polar Express ice event. It was nice and we had a good time. It was worth the time and money. Our children had a blast. We have a lot of positive memories from this event and opportunity. My wife slid down the icy slope and our children did the kiddie one. I was good. The resort is beautifully designed. We have to get a room next year, maybe tax refund season.

Great place to stay near the base of the Rocky Mountains. Our family enjoyed the amenities, although we did not have time for the pool area. Positives- lots of areas to explore weather permitting, lounge areas are comfortable. Staff was courteous. Negatives- did not seem to be many perks for Elite members, or concierge lounge. Our room was not ready by 4pm check in, does not appear to be a mobile valet request. Several of the restaurants were not open throughout our visit Overall a beautifully groomed property with a serene rocky mountain backdrop. Very well put together as expected from a Gaylord Palm.

Had a great stay for our multiple families on a quick christmas trip before heading up to the mountains. The Elite check-in staff were attentive and helpful organizing our rooms. They also made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. All the staff at the property were friendly and helpful. Was very impressed with the service. Property is great! New facilities and easy to traverse. Pool areas were great for all ages. Had snacks and drinks in the pool and lobby bar which were great! Busy time with the holiday event - would have been helpful to have a separate entrance lane for guests to help with check-in. Waited in line to enter the property FAR too long. There wasn't Valet available which also was disappointing.
