Monday 1/13/20, Nancy and Yogi in the rental shop were very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Great coverage. A vote for Chris in the Loft Bar. The people in the ticket booth were patient and welcoming. A positive experience with all the Diamond Peak family.

Thanks for the wonderful staff of GetSkiTickets. Erika and Nikki go beyond on helping me out. They are very easy to talk to unlike people on Big Bear. They are very difficult to deal with. No customer service at all! I would definitely purchase again my tickets from them. Happy holidays!

Everything worked just as advertised at Mammoth Mountain. There wasn't a discount on the lift tickets, except that I got the 7 day advance purchase price 3 days in advance. Most significantly, they had a bundle of lift tickets and rental gear that saved significant money. The rental package was for basic gear, but I was able to upgrade to the performance ski package by paying about $10 per day more at the rental shop at the mountain.

After hours of research, I found this GetSkiTickets to offer the best prices for our ski trip to Colorado. Service was flawless. Make sure your ski pass dates are correct...website automatically sets the date to match your first day of stay...if that's not the situation for you, you can call this company to adjust the date before you buy. My phone call was handled extremely well, everything was easy. Just returned from my trip 2 days ago, and looking back...I am very happy I booked lodging + lift passes from here. This website will be the place I look first going forward! A+ experience.
