Had a stellar time here. I was pleased not to have any problems with security, in several of the reviews people seemed to. I didn’t buy any concessions so I can’t speak to the price there, nor did I use the bathroom on this visit so I don’t know what those were like. I got there right when the line started so I was able to get a nice spot in the corner upstairs. The opener was awesome and so was the main band. Now that I’ve finally been here, with an idea of what it’s like, I would love to attend more shows. I imagine it helped that I picked a band with laid back vibes.

security is very quick and efficient during entry. the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. great sound system. plenty of handicapped accessible seating on the upper balcony and in the back part of the first floor. only thing that kind of irked me a little bit was there no re-entry policy, people would barely cross the threshold of the front doors and would not be allowed back in for any reason. I understand that security is very important in venues and they are just trying to prevent any incidents from happening, but not letting someone in after they have barely crossed the threshold of the door seems a little tiny bit unreasonable. other than that I absolutely loved it.

The gothic rules. The theatre itself is has all these beautiful little details. I like the curve of the balcony area. The standing room up front is nicely tiered out, and accommodating to short people (can’t relate, personally). Stage isn’t too high, so the band feels really close, and you can get up to stage dive really easily.

I've been here three times recently and it has become one of my favorite venues in Denver. It's the perfect size space, not too big or small, in an old art deco theater that's been upgraded. The balcony adds some fun viewing options if you don't want to stand.
