Great location and super friendly staff. By far the easiest ski-in/ski-out I've ever stayed at in Steamboat. The rooms are kind of small, but we spent very little time in the room, so it really didn't matter. Just a little cluttered with all the ski gear. Beware the extra fees: Resort Fee, Parking Fee. And the water in the room... There isn't any sign, but they will charge you for it. If you're not a dog person don't stay here. It felt like everyone staying there had a dog. If you love dogs, this is the place for you.

This is the best pet friendly hotel in Colorado. Not only were the people nice but it was so easy. Great places to hike and walk, day or night. The hotel was in the ideal location. We had an amazing breakfast in the White Rabbit, and then we were outside without every needing to go to the car. Fast, Friendly, Fun.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating during our stay. The room was clean and super cute, great location to the gondola for summer sunset rides. My only issue is the website is pretty limited and I didn’t see anything about a pet fee or paying additional for parking- they should work to be more transparent about extra fees or just include those in the pricing.

Jennifer at the reception desk is incredible. I made a mistake with my booking and she was understanding, prompt, and helpful. We love this place already and have been coming here for years, but her service took it to the next level!
