I ordered their Clear Creek (Rustic Walnut) back in May. According to their website it was in stock and would ship UPS ground. Now more than three months later it never shipped. They don't reply over their 'Contact Us' email. I made multiple attempts to contact them and never heard back. They'll take your money but they don't ship products as far as I can tell.
