The service rep named Angie at the front desk absolutely made our day and made my daughter's birthday. We were struggling that morning for many factors and she helped us on so many levels and made my daughter's birthday, I can't even express in words how grateful I am...

Lots of ticket windows open so there was a very short wait. It was nice to be indoors and out of the elements. Professional & courtesy service.

We needed to scoop up a few single-day passes for some new skiers in our group. We used our Ikon pass to make reservations for these tickets for the following morning. The ticket office was fast, super-friendly and got everything taken care of without a hitch. We made the reservation Saturday night and had them first thing Sunday morning, and the lady that helped us was incredibly nice and helpful. I can’t recommend the Boat and it’s staff/people enough. Excellent, down-to-Earth people in a truly wonderful place.
