Overall experience at this hotel was AMAZING!!!! First and foremost I want to give a shout out to Scott the night time front desk clerk. He helped answer alot of my questions to make our stay AMAZING! Location is great walking distance to my favorite chocolate candy shop Cacao Chemistry. The view of the mountains from the pool/arcade area were good but mostly enjoyed the pool tables. Range in the new year in a very comfortable place warm and entertaining. High Recommended needless to say I would definitely be returning.

We had a perfect room for our mini holiday. Scott, at the front desk, was super helpful and very pleasant! The view and location were awesome. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We didn't find any of the ghosts, so we were a little sad about that (haha)!

Great hotel but it shows its age. The location is superb being right in downtown but the rooms are definitely dated. Some rooms can be very small and what I definitely do not like is the lack of privacy in the bathroom. They have two sliding doors that leave a large gap to look in right where you’re doing your business. If you’re uncomfortable with people seeing you while in dispose I would look elsewhere. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.

The room is spacious but dirty and falling apart, to include windows, floors, bathroom. (See photos) Upon check-in the receptionist told me I was booked for an accessible room that I don’t need and asked if he can switch. I told him it was okay to move me, so he said he’d give me a “nicer room with a view.” I told him I don’t want to pay more than I already have since I’ve traveled from the UK which is already pricey and he said no problem, then booked me a room $145 more expensive. Location is nice and convenient to stores and restaurants. Lobby is beautiful, as are all the social spaces. The rooms just do not equate to the price or the look of the rest of the hotel.
