My son moved in this fall and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The apartment is in good shape, the front desk staff was super helpful and friendly, the best part: Jarred the amazing maintenance guy was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. I’d recommend UHD to any DU student.

I had some trouble with my subletting process when calling the office, and there was some back and forth over the phone. However, once I went to the office in person, the staff was super helpful and nice! They expedited the subletting process for me and really made sure we completed everything in a timely manner. A really great staff!
