We recently switched from after care via the school to afternoons at the park. With the extreme cold weather we decided to renew our Urban Air membership. Oh boy has this location improved!! The trampolines are maintained, they now have laser tag, it’s clean! Most importantly the staff is well informed and caring. Thank you Asher and Brett for all your help the last few days with allergy intro and alternatives! For helping us upgrade or memberships and reach out to customer support. You both are so patient! A quality not many people have in these times. I look forward to our new experiences and memories at Urban Air Littleton.

We’ve been members here for over a year this time and before we moved away for a few years were members as well. I believe there’s been a shift in management over the last few months and it has improved SO much. We’ve always had a great experience but the new management seems to have been doing some nice updates to equipment, improved efficiency getting in the door and getting setup, and the cafe food has improved tremendously. We love having the membership so we can go as often as we want and don’t feel pressured to stay for a long time. Everything feels clean and professional and safe. Grateful to have them close by!

I brought my 7year old and his friend here at noon on a Saturday. Nathan T at the front desk was super welcoming and got us in with literally no wait at all. He was so friendly to the kids and had them excited to go in and play. They have been running around having a blast ever since. The staff here is great and it’s a fantastic outlet for energetic kids!

The younger manager was not helpful at all & seemed like he didn’t want to be here. Thankfully Nathan ended up being the one to help us and answered all of our questions (even tho we had tons) he was very helpful, nice, and had a great attitude the entire time. He even assisted us with the Black Friday deal that was going on. It makes the experience so much better when you have somebody helping you that enjoys their job. Not to sure we would have stayed if we would have kept getting the poor service we were receiving at the beginning of our visit. Definitely would recommend getting more employees like Nathan 10/10 for him and his outstanding service.
